After several years of planning and significant investment in the design and land preparation, we have started preliminary construction of our first project in Belize, the Mayan Sunrise development. We are developing a unique villa resort with large ocean facing plots on the South Island of Caye Caulker, Belize.
Mayan Sunrise will offer a peaceful, modern and high specification resort located on the vibrant and picturesque island of Caye Caulker. Offering stunning views of a sunrise over the world’s second-largest Barrier Reef with a cooling tropical breeze, this beachfront resort is the perfect destination for those seeking an investment that offers peace and serenity in the Caribbean.
We are working very closely with our partners to ensure that the project delivers both an ultra-premium design and an ultra-premium ownership experience for our clients purchasing individual villas. The project is sited in the best possible area, having very immediate access to the Belize barrier reef and retaining the quiet island charm of Caye Caulker, just off the coast of mainland of Belize.
MANYAN SUNRISE
We aim to be sympathetic to the environment and aim to retain as many established trees as possible in and around the development. Additional landscaping during and post-build will include largescale plantings to provide natural shade and cover for residents. We are investing in renewable energy sources for power to our villas.
Notable new premium developments in the area are the Four Season’s Caye Chapel project now under construction and large brand developments in Ambergris Caye.
